VIRTUAL COMMUNITY TRAINING
Whether you are a business owner, stay at home mom, an olympic athlete or never exercised a day in you life, our instructor stops at nothing to make sure each individual feels like they are apart of a diverse entertaining, virtual fitness community. In addition, the accountability our instructor holds members to will leave you feeling amazing on the inside and looking great on the outside.
1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING
XCA offers virtual and in-person private sessions personalized and created based on each individual's specific goals. Working directly with your coach will provide you with the support needed to perform exercises correctly to ensure you hit your goals in record time.
NUTRITION COACHING
Unlimited members will learn to take control of their health and weight with diet and product specific recommendations. You'll work alongside our lead instructor to build a sustainable approach to meet your physique goals.
BI-WEEKLY CHALLENGES
Members are issued fun and engaging bi-weekly challenges to keep them goal-focused and active in addition to their weekly XCA sessions.
XCYOGA
Our weekly virtual yoga and meditation sessions assist you with healing your mind and body, as well as coping with addiction, depression, anxiety & stress through movement and awareness.

At XCA, we believe in rewarding those who dedicate themselves. Although your reward is getting fit and healthy, at the end of the month we like to acknowledge one special member's commitment by giving out a Student of the Month Award.
